Nike’s throwback “Have A Nike Day” advertising slogan is set to enjoy a second go-around in the spotlight during 2019. A term brought back into the sneakerhead lexicon early in 2018 by Round Two frontman Sean Wotherspoon and his Air Max 1/97 that then went on to adorn apparel later in the year, it’s set to arrive on many a classic Air Max silhouette over the next few months — and the latest shoe to surface with the alternate branding is a ladies-only Air Max 90. Calling upon soft pink hues for the majority of the upper, this new Max then adds an earthy gold to the collar and midfoot branding for an interesting contrast. “Have A Nike Day” is embroidered around the Nike logo on the heel badge, and the shoe is then completed by a two-tone white and pink midsole.
