“Next Nature” signals a new chapter for Nike’s “Move to Zero” initiative. Everything to come under said flag will feature an even greater recycled composition, pushing the brand ever-closer to their zero waste goals. And rather than keep quiet, these offerings — like this upcoming Zoom AlphaFly — adds new details exclusive to the collection.
The upper, however, errs close to familiarity at most points. Along the toe and collar, for example, the cream knit exhibits the usual breathability, while the midfoot and heel opt for a more reinforced construction. This allows for the applied print to retain its shape, ensuring the fidelity of the circular design logo at the medial and the zig-zag Swoosh along the lateral. Elsewhere, pink and orange bring color to the top line, Volt pops within the forefoot Zoom, and Sail tinges the clearly reconstructed midsole.
