The adidas Superstar Offers Up A Pair Of Pastels For Laker Fans_Strut Comfortably

Although the adidas Superstar has become one of the brand’s most popular lifestyle sneakers, its roots trace back to the basketball scene over fifty years ago. Its legacy on the hardwood is echoed in two new, spring-ready offerings that opt for Lakers-friendly colors.

Both shell toe styles indulge in suede bases, which have been tinted in pastel yellow and purple thus channeling the Los Angeles basketball team. Hints of black leather are applied to the signature side stripes and the adidas-branded heel tab. For additional branding details, the two pairs see “adidas SUPERSTAR” stamped at the forefoot of their lateral sides in gold foil, as well as the classic, gold-on-black trefoil logo on the tongues.
